Certification
A Certificate is awarded to you based on the level of Customer Satisfaction achieved as follows:

Up to 49% - Standard
50% to 65% - Bronze
66% to 80% - Silver
81% upwards - Gold

Certificates are re-issued annually on the completion of re-surveys.
