COVID-19 POLICY

QMS Global has always been committed to health and safety. We established a Business Continuity Plan in 2018 to address significant risks in order to protect our staff and clients as well as the public in business parks and buildings which house our offices.

For existing customers: If it is not possible for us to conduct an on-site review or training commitment, we will contact you to discuss the remote options available to guarantee the continuity and validity of your certifications.

The remote audit will typically be the same duration as your onsite audit.

Remote audits are also best delivered using tools such as Intermedia AnyMeeting, Cisco Webex, Zoom and TeamViewer screen sharing. This reduces the amount of data and information transferred between your organization and QMS. We will also provide dial-in options as requested.

To make the time most beneficial for everyone, you may be asked to email certain documents or records to your auditor for review. Any information you send us will be handled confidentially, following our data privacy policies, which are available on our website and within the QMS Global Regulations Related to Certification.

Our focus is, as always, to protect the health of our employees, customers and our communities. To contain the virus since the COVID-19 outbreak, we have taken the following actions:

  • Strictly follow government and health authority guidelines concerning mandatory and self-isolation within affected areas;
  • Introduced quarantining as necessary;
  • Been in continuous contact with our staff to report any illness of themselves or their close family members;
  • Ensure full and immediate compliance with local, national and international governmental regulations and recommendations.
